There will be a General Membership Meeting of the New York Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association on Sunday, July 18, 2021, beginning at 11:00 a.m., in the Humphrey S. Finney Pavilion at Fasig-Tipton.

Lunch will be served following the meeting in the outdoor Man o’ War Bar area, beginning at approximately 12:30 p.m.
