Voting

All qualified NYTHA members may participate in electing NYTHA's Board of Directors. Elections are held every three years. The next election will begin in June 2014, with the vote to occur in October 2014. The new Board will be instituted in November 2014.

If any member wishes to run for the Board, a nomination can be made from the floor if the member consents in writing to the nomination. The nomination has to have two (2) seconds and must be accompanied by a petition signed by at least thirty (30) members of the Association.
